You can't, at least not exactly as you state your intentions.

What you can do is creating an incoming filter that duplicates the
filter conditions you've set for your VF. This filter can export
everything it catches to your preferred export file. Note that this is
technically not the same as copying everything from your VF to your
export file. When you change the settings for your VF, you'll have to
change your incoming filter too.
