They are all old splashscreens of previous versions of The Bat! (not that cool in my opinion). It looks like you need a tool called ExeScope. Nearly at the bottom of the SplashScreens page you can find a link to the tool, with explanation. It is all in German, but they link also to an English tool (Resource Hacker).
