Is it always the same account?
What if you check that account with the mail dispatcher? (Second
message in a row that I'm both suggesting that and send a moderating
message.)
Check for messages with odd filesizes (very big or very small) And
unless you're very sure of the message being very important to you,
you could decide to delete the first message just for good measure.
