The current version works fine outside of TB, so I don't see any reason to upgrade it. The same functions work correctly within PGP. The problem arose after the PGP SDK crashed while TB was looking up a key on a keyserver. I finally rebooted and the problem went away, for now. Apparently restarting the PGP SDK isn't good enough--the entire machine must be rebooted.
