Relax and the other problems may solve themselves.

Without being condescending;  there are thousands of people using Bat!, some
like myself for many years, who find it more than adequate.

Maybe you should do a fresh install and start all over again?

I agree the response from Bat! team could be much better, however there is
also an "official" forum on the Bat! web site, where you may get an answer/s
to your problem/s.

The lack of customer response seems to be a Central European thing;  on the
cell phone forums at times people make similar complaints re Oxygen Phone
Manager, which is a good piece of software form Russia.

Maybe when the commies were there there was no customer service, and they
now are still catching up?
