Adjusting headers using drag on the borders between headers when TB window is on the secondary monitor, when the secondary monitor is physically situated to the left of the primary monitor causes the column to collapse to zero.
Then go to View Modes to reset it and the new value of zero has been reset in the saved View Mode. So I have to increase the valuie for the collpased header, then 'Select all' again in 'Use by' and then OK, then OK.
