yes it is, if you depend on keyservers.
I don't put my key on the keyservers, I tell you how to get it using my sig & 
kludges ( headers).
right now I am setting up a new Xandros Linux setup, so I don't have my PGP 
info here, but if you look in the archive I know you will find it.
