I've written an app (in C#) which extends the Explorer context menu so
that you can keep file notes in an Access database.

Only problem is now that I've got it working I rarely remember it's
there - and it needs unique file names to work.

I've re-named the latest d/l and will try to discipline myself for the
future :-)
