Are you running v. 3.0 or v. 3.01 (v. 3.0.1.33)? I still had the problem in v. 3.0. Somewhere in the later betas, as I participated in the beta testing post-3.0, perhaps, and certainly by v. 3.0.1.33 my problem disappeared (even though, thinking it was local to me, I did not report it to BT). If you experienced this problem in v. 3.0.1, then yes, I concur that it is a bug.
