Roelof, I answered Anthony before this further exchange between the
two of you came in here.

I don't know what he is talking about, dozens of Reference lines in
the Headers.

I have only one line for References--The Bat! uses the word "Follow
up." And beyond a certain point, it just puts " ... " so therefore it
stays as one line.

Is this a default setting that I simply don't know where to set? Would
having that little ellipsis be a help to Anthony, if there is a place
to set it? I see why he doesn't like dozens of lines growing down his
header section--soon wouldn't be much room for the message body to be
displayed!

Or am I being particularly dense once again? :)
