Yes, I do understand that, and I am disappointed, too, on your behalf
and that of others who've had a bad experience with the company.

Oh, yes! This is the greatest on-line community I have ever found. :)

Amen to that. With others, I suspect that RitLabs is trying to move
toward an annual license renewal. Not unreasonable, but they should be
more open with their customers about it, I think.

Anyway, like you, I'm "hanging in there" because:

1) TB! is such a great e-mail client--truly the best I've ever found

2) and because the programmers are such able and responsive people

3) and because (contrary to others' experience) I have always had a
prompt reply from Sales and been treated completely fairly.
