I've been reading lately that they prefer a... "friendly forums", that is when addressing consists from listing features which work properly, while expressing frustration coming from lousy working of buggy features is not very welcomed. (-: Also, I have impression that they are particularly sensitive if a comment, or an expression of frustration, is shaped, or is just crowned, in a form of blackmail. (: In essence, using some software, or not, comes from our estimations, which might be good ones and bad ones. When we experience frustration, then it is mostly because of our bad estimation. (: (For instance, when we expect tech support, bug fixes etc.) I'll try to be more clear, although it's not always possible to me, so I then have to use more words than is needed, and will say this this way: If something nasty arise because of *my* bad estimation, then I am *happy* because I *can* correct it myself. While if something comes caused by reasons which are not accessible to me personally, then any attempt of mine in correcting it can be so often just a pain and nothing but the pain. (One form of a such pain would consist from desperate attempts of getting something we do not posses personally, like tech support from others and similar.) I mean, those are some reasons why a flattering has, in general, more chance than blackmailing, although an openness to different approaches might bring good results as well. The Great Master have said once that "patience is Mother of all successful waiting", but also that if we have to do something boring, like going for provision in a distant store, if we do something interesting along the way, as kicking a football, or similar, then we may totally change the feeling followed by this boring activity, and even enjoy. That was the reason I still kick the version 2.12.00 along the way and am waiting until version 3 is *finished* and is *fully working*, since it still is *not*. If I would think it IS, and if I would expect it as it is *announced*, then it would be just my bad estimation.
