TheBat Not Staying Open

I just bought the BAT home version V3. I was using THE bat pro for a test.I  
unintalled all of the bat and deleted the folder so I would have a clean  
install.When I click the icon for the bat it stays open for maybe 4 seconds and 
 
closes whats the problem.I have windows XP and service pack 2
