Hello Roelof,

Roelof>Yep.

It didn't work. I restored my TB folder and called it The Bat!, then downloaded
the current version of TB from the site, which installed itself (. It asked me
to create an account; I started with one (the first one in my folder)-- but all
I got was a skeleton account. Am I missing something basic, like a reboot at
some stage?

I am about ready to jump off a cliff. Using Dell tech help I restored my new PC
to factory perfection, and now must manually reinstall programs and data. I'm
hoping they will not all be as frustrating as this one. :-( Poor me. :-)

Thanks.
