Usually these ISP's have a "pool" of IP address that ae rondomly asigned to the
user connecting at a certain time.

Sending a mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] would send it directly to a user currently 
using
that IP address. If he is not using his own email server you will probably get
no connection.

When using normal email address, the DNS lookup might resolve it to the ISP
email server but I never tried this :-)
