Hi Peter, I was not specifically thinking about mail or even TB! mail. When you design a backup strategy on of the things to do is classify the data according to its importance. If you then also look at the likely hood of a certain situation occurring I would only backup very critical data on a daily basis and the less critical on a less frequent and maybe a incremental backup.
