Select the Trash folder in the account tree, then open menu "Folder" and select "Purge+Compress", that should help. Furthermore, you should regularly run the "Maintenance" (which is in the "Folder" menu, too) and purge+compress all folders. Background - message are not really deleted when you delete them, they are just removed from view. When you empty the Trash folder, its the same. Purge+Compress means that the messagebase file is re-organized, ie. deleted messages are physically removed & the space is freed. -- Best regards, Alexander (http://www.neurowerx.de - ICQ 238153981) using TB! v3.0.2.10 Home on Windows XP Pro Service Pack 2 Life is an endless struggle full of frustrations and challenges, but eventually you find a hair stylist you like. ________________________________________________ Current version is 3.0.1.33 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
