I have been experiencing this since installing version 3. TB doesn't crash it just will never regain focus - no matter how long I wait. I can close it by right-click and select close in the task bar.
Exact same thing here!
Over time I have uninstalled bayesit - no change, tried running without the antivirus operational - no change.
No Anti-Spam here, but will try disabling AVG to see if that makes a difference.
