To make a long story shorter, I suspect that there is a blacklist
going on here. My current ISP (Cox) says that it's being kicked back
because the mail server IP address is on an international list of
spammers. There does seem to be a listing on some of the spam listers
(for the hosting domain, not the actual address I'm trying to send).

I ended up switching my SMTP server over to Earthlink since I have an
account there. Once I changed it over it worked fine. Now it's someone
else's problem.
