If Robin's setup is anything like mine in the office, that won't work. I have many hundreds business contacts (some I communicate more often with than others) and over a hundred filters and subfolders. Creating AB entries for each contact would be a lot of additional work. In fact, the AB in my office TB is completely empty. When I want to send a new message, I go into the folder and select an address and use "Send new message to this address". If the folder contains several thousand messages (many do), TB's search function is very fast and convenient. Takes me less time than adding each new address to the AB. Gee, I actually wouldn't know how to organise my company email without TB's superior filtering and search functionalities, and across several accounts at that. Even though I have a legal home version of TB (using it here), I bought an additional business version for the office, just because it is worth it and I couldn't do my job without it. -- Cheers, Thomas.
