And since his headers were fine with TB, it's unlikely that he has a third party tool running that 'fixes' his headers. All leads to the conclusion that it's Tony's Mulberry. Whether it is a setting or a faulty program file, it clearly is a bug when a program headers specially for threading, but makes them in such a way that they don't work, because they're not following the proper RFC. It's a rotten discussion trick, but I really think this is off topic for tbudl or tbbeta, since it concerns a different mail client and the flow is heavy enough as it is.
