I was trying that out now, and that really works (after figuring out that I have to close the address book first, I never saw any template to pick from :-)). One question. The mail body itself will always be the same, just some announcement that a new info is coming along. But how could I automate the progress of attaching the PDF I want to sent along? I thought I could set up a specific folder and then just have TB attach anything it finds in that folder? I would then just have to copy the PDF(s) into it first. Would that be possible? Or would I have to always give a full path with filename? -- Best regards, Jurgen "Americans generally do the right thing, after first exhausting all the available alternatives - Winston Spencer Churchill" Using The Bat! v3.5, Opera v8.00.7561 on WinXP Home v2600 SP2 * PGP key available on request: send mail with subject 'PGP key request' ________________________________________________ Current version is 3.5 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
