Hi Tony,

I did answer YES.
The TBB files (unencrypted) are in
c:\documents and settings\administrator\application data\the
bat!\username\inbox\messages.tbb and various dirs below..

I read through the message.tbb with say Notepad..

I backed up my old The Bat!, uninstalled. Deleted the above dir AND
c:\programme files\the bat! (after also saying delete the dirs in the
uninstall)
Then installed the new version thebat_pro_3-5-25.msi and then (during the
install) restored my backup.

Low and behold after restoring my backup all the files in c:\documents and
settings....\etc were in
.tbb plain text format
