Wow. Can you direct me to a website that describes this real-life
Big-Brother-Technology and its uses?

TB will accept biometric data soon, the developers want us to
believe. Sent them a mail and ask about the ID cert that is accepted
by the competiton but not by TB. You might have to send them your ID
card and PIN code for testing purposes, though.
