Open a text editor
Open the sorting office
Select your first filter
Press Crtl-C
Switch to your text editor
Press Ctrl-V
Switch to the sorting office
Select your second filter
Switch to your text editor
Press Ctrl-V
etc.

It's been a while since I tried it, but even though you can copy and
paste the filters from your sorting office just one at a time, it used
to be possible to copy them back in one action.
You need to make sure that you copy them back to the right place
incoming, outgoing, etc
