Yes exactly! - Just the threads that I participate in. ALL OTHER threads
is of no interest for me. I just want to see the threads that I'm
 involved in! :D

I have thought of filtering mail-threads that I don't participate in but
that just went wrong. I have insuficient options as I see it in the
alternatives in the regulare "Office/Account filters". The filters in the
virtual folder are however more usefull.

 MAU's proposal:

My original and first [email protected] filter located in "Incoming
 Mails" looks like this:

BeginFilter
Name: [email protected]
Active: 1
Source: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Target: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Bat! User Discussion List
CopyFolder: \\\\none
MainSet: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Actions: faoContinueProcessing
AddGroups:
DelGroups:
ForwardTemplate:
ConfirmTemplate:
ReplyTemplate:
FwdAddr:
RedirectAddr:
NewAddr:
NewTemplate:
ExtCmd:
ExtFile:
ExtractDir:
ColourGroup: <default>
AddAddrItems: afiFrom,
DelAddrItems: afiFrom,
HotKey: 0
IsOfColour: <default>
SizeBigger: 0
SizeSmaller: 0
AgeOlder: 0
AgeNewer: 0
InAddrPos: 0
OutAddrPos: 0
InAddrGroups:
NoAddrGroups:
KillFile:
KillMethod: 0
SaveTemplate:
SndFile:
SysSound: 0
SoundTime: 0:00-0:00
AllowTime: 0:00-0:00
EndFilter

The next filter in concern (proposed by MAU) is located in "Replied Mails" and
 looks like this:

BeginFilter
Name: [email protected]
Active: 1
Source: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Bat! User Discussion List
Target: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Bat! User Discussion List
CopyFolder: \\\\none
MainSet: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Actions: faoContinueProcessing,faSetColor
AddGroups:
DelGroups:
ForwardTemplate:
ConfirmTemplate:
ReplyTemplate:
FwdAddr:
RedirectAddr:
NewAddr:
NewTemplate:
ExtCmd:
ExtFile:
ExtractDir:
ColourGroup: Replied
AddAddrItems: afiFrom,
DelAddrItems: afiFrom,
HotKey: 0
IsOfColour: <default>
SizeBigger: 0
SizeSmaller: 0
AgeOlder: 0
AgeNewer: 0
InAddrPos: 0
OutAddrPos: 0
InAddrGroups:
NoAddrGroups:
KillFile:
KillMethod: 0
SaveTemplate:
SndFile:
SysSound: 0
SoundTime: 0:00-0:00
AllowTime: 0:00-0:00
EndFilter

 Very nice idea MAU! :star:
This second filter is the filter that marks the mails as "replied" by
colour group and thus viewable i *Replied* VF.

When I expand the VF advanced filter to one more condition:
 "OR" "Message (attributes)" "is" "replied"
I will see the mails between two of MY mails marked with the proper colour
 group aswell.

 I didn't give up!

I follwed up with another filter similare to MAU's idea and located it
directly after the first filter in "Incoming Mails":

BeginFilter
Name: [email protected] qe3ee
Active: 1
Source: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Target: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Bat! User Discussion List
CopyFolder: \\\\none
MainSet: 10qe3ee <[email protected]>
AltSet:1: 10"qe3ee on TBUDL" <[email protected]>
AltSet:2: 00qe3ee <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Actions: faoContinueProcessing,faoRegExp,faSetColor
AddGroups:
DelGroups:
ForwardTemplate:
ConfirmTemplate:
ReplyTemplate:
FwdAddr:
RedirectAddr:
NewAddr:
NewTemplate:
ExtCmd:
ExtFile:
ExtractDir:
ColourGroup: Replied
AddAddrItems: afiFrom,
DelAddrItems: afiFrom,
HotKey: 0
IsOfColour: <default>
SizeBigger: 0
SizeSmaller: 0
AgeOlder: 0
AgeNewer: 0
InAddrPos: 0
OutAddrPos: 0
InAddrGroups:
NoAddrGroups:
KillFile:
KillMethod: 0
SaveTemplate:
SndFile:
SysSound: 0
SoundTime: 0:00-0:00
AllowTime: 0:00-0:00
EndFilter

Conclusion: Only Mails that have a name in advance of the mailaddress is
 filterable like this!

I recieved a mail from Mark Partous, in an earlier thread. As he doesn't
use the name-bla-bla-name at all in the headers
"To: name-bla-bla-name <[email protected]>" field, mails like those
 aren't filterable like this.

ALL of you have been charmingly helpful. Thank you!

-I will try to make this global for my "the bat!" or at least one VF for
every account. If I hit my head into the wall again I will tell :P
