I found out, it does not make a difference whether you write 'log=smtp.session', 'log=smtp.trace' or 'log=myLogFile.txt'. In each case a log file is provided with the appropriate name. @Mary > Verbose log function is more recent, I think. The first I ever noticed > it was about a month ago when Maxim called it to someone's attention. Are you sure?
