Hi all, I'm having a problem in getting a read messages filter to work. Basically what I want to achieve is to have certain e-mails stay in my inbox until I read them, after they have been read I want them to be moved automatically to another folder. To achieve this I have created a filter under the "read messages" section of the Sort office. The filter checks for the correct sender and then the action is then set to "move to the folder xxx". This filter doesn't appear to do anything! Am I misunderstanding what the "Read messages" group is for or is there another way to achiever this? I've tried using the help but I can't find any details about the Read messages group.
