Try the "Global/toggle flag" option. Or, for messages you do not wish to download, manually uncheck "Receive." As Stuart Cuddy just wrote to you, you can read the messages on the server by selecting Open. And by unselecting Receive at the same time, you can leave the message on the server. You can also permanently unselect the Receive column, requiring you to manually check the Receive box for messages that you wish to download. Use the "Global/set flag" option. > Also, there are a number of options within Message Dispatcher > that are not explained in the help file. I use the Message Dispatcher to selectively download my messages as my routine way of managing my mail. I'm my Own Spam Filter, since I receive very few unwanted messages. The capability to manually select those I wish to receive and those I wish to delete is one of the joys of The Bat! for me. -- Best regards, Mary The Bat! 3.51.10 on Windows XP 5.1 2600 Service Pack 2 ________________________________________________ Current version is 3.51.10 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
