As soon as you've inserted an addressee, TB checks whether you've defined an AB template for him/her/it. When this AB template (individual or group) is triggered, it overrules your folder and account templates. JP> How to make this entry remain? Add the macro to your AB templates too. I would insert it in a QT. And include that QT in all my templates, so when you have something else you'd like to add to all messages, you can add it to the QT.
