You've got to reach the subject field, so this is good as any other
way.

My first guess would be an AB template. As soon as you've inserted an
addressee, TB checks whether you've defined an AB template for
him/her/it. When this AB template (individual or group) is triggered,
it overrules your folder and account templates.

Add the macro to your AB templates too.
I would insert it in a QT. And include that QT in all my templates, so
when you have something else you'd like to add to all messages, you
can add it to the QT. Also when you want to change the BCC address,
you'll have to change it only once.
