Can you check whether the quotes were properly set in the Disposition-Notification-To: header? TB leaves the name part of that header blank, but when I manually set the name with quotes in the source (in a message to myself) TB will react to it with a name enclosed with quotes. So humour me and check the original Disposition-Notification-To: header.
