I have implied here, having not said it explicitly, which perhaps is not
good, that TB has to be shut down during the said operation.
Otherwise, Windows could, via Registry, deliver an instruction to the
program which might be shocked/confused and thus involved in activities
with unknown effects, of which some might be even fatal ("fatal" in
terms of Win{d|bl}ows). Therefore, we firstly kill all programs which
might be influenced by our Registry operation, then we do it, and when
we are finished we reanimate ("rise and walk!") the programs again.
