What exactly am I looking for? I search in the Registry for the Account name (that has the duplicate); and it was only listed ONCE in [HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\RIT\The Bat!\Users Depot]. Before I install v.2, I deleted the entire [HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\RIT] Would it help to uninstall and reinstall at this point?
