Why don't you just invest a few hundred thousand euros (minimum) and create a free multiple-language email service for anybody to use? Pay for maintenance and electricity, hire staff (who will deal with your customers' demands for more free services, more free server space, a better web interface and so on), but do not charge your customers. And do not get alternative income from advertising. Also make sure that you are not being used by spammers, as then your domains and IP addresses will be on every blacklist and your customers will complain.
