  I think that it works, and as I developer I know that this kind of
  dialogs is not easy to make, and making them understandable is even
  harder. An easier way to find the actual function you are looking
  for, eg. better cataloguing or something would be nice though.

It Ctrl+Plus/Minus works on my Swedish keyboard, so they are there.
But I have been looking everywhere in the customize dialog and I
cannot find them, not even in the Avalible Items list.

Strange.
