Under the configuration tab there is a box "Don't filter messages
larger than".  Mine is ticked and with 200 KB set as the amount.  I
have had no problem receiving large messages with this setting.  I
think that early versions of K9 sometimes had a problem with timing
out when receiving very large messages and this setting was introduced
to overcome the difficulty.  It does of course mean that it a spammer
sends you a message larger than the limit you set - K9 won't intercept
it. I'm using the latest released version 1.28.
