This behavior has been fixed with the latest msi file (3.62.13).
If you've been following the practice of backing up all before an
install, just restore the userdic.tlx file. Future installations
should not overwrite nor delete unless the developers make an
improper adjustment.

Once it was discovered, by backup up all or minimally making a
copy of userdic.tlx for restoration.
