I forgot to mention that if the files
D:\TheBatBackups\TBbkup\TB_Mail_Directory.7z and
D:\TheBatBackups\TBbkup\TB_Program_Directory.7z do not already
exist, backing up the mail directory takes well over 20 minutes
and the whole process just over half an hour.

Even this is much quicker than M$ DOS's COPY function.
