They are in the cache (providing that you didn't compress the folder[s]
after the deletion).
1) Go to your Mail base, search for the folder you did delete messages
from, and copy messages.tbb file somewhere aside.
2) Make in TB an "Oops" folder.
3) Close TB.
4) Open (by a file manager) your Mail base.
6) Find the "Oops" folder you just have made.
7) Delete everything you find in it.
8) Copy into it the aside copied messages.tbb file.
9) Start TB.
10) Go to the "Oops" folder and you'll find your deleted messages laying
around.
