Hello Marten, > I therefore arrange for most of the incoming to be diverted to one account > and then use filters to common folders to re-sort the incoming. > > In order to maintain professionalism I use templates when sending out from > common folders. > > The whole thing is a complex interlocking of the excellent TB features.
While 'your' bug is fixed or not ;-), there is an alternative you can use. If you look at Common folders as being the folders of an 'invisible account' (which is basically what they are), you can create an extra account which you can even call Common. In the Transport properties of this account, just include any fake or unreal server or none at all. And in the 'Options/Mailbox checking' properties, make sure that both 'Check mail-box at startup' and 'Periodical checking' options are uncheck. Also make sure that "Ignore 'Check All Accounts' requests" is selected (ticked). Now move your Common folders into this account, all your filters should be automagically changed/adapted and everything should work, including your templates. To be on the safe side, try with just one Common folder until you feel confident. You can always move the folder(s) out of this account to be Common folder(s) again. -- Best regards, Please support the wish for a 'Draft' folder at: https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/view.php?id=5441 Miguel A.
