One account, with lots of (30-50) aliases, most of them imported to their own folder with its own folder identity (and sometimes folder templates). No common folders though, but plain account based folders. I was using this setup before common folders were implemented and never took the the time to convert them. I started this way not because of problems with TB, but because I only had 1 pop3 box for all my domain mail.
