Follow this: http://www.oreilly.com/pub/h/3017?page=last&x-order=date and choose "Clean Up the Open With Option" to clean up associations. OR Follow this: http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_open_with.htm and use this utility to clear unwanted associations.
