Thanks for the reply, Ben, but that doesn't seem to be my problem.
As the subject says, the AVG plug-in was there before I upgraded but
it isn't there now. When I try to use the file Marek suggested, I get
a message that says, "Could not initialize the plug-in. It either has
some internal problems or it cannot be qualified as a plug-in."
This error occurs when I try to type avgbat.bav into the window that
seems to be looking for a *.tbp file (and apparently only a *.tbp
file) from the "Options / Preferences / Plug-ins / Add" screen. So
although I have the file that is supposed to be the AVG plug-in file,
this newest version doesn't "like" it and won't accept it.
