I store attachments in message body. I used to store them seperately
and changed because of the way they are stored.

You receive a message with an attachment pic.jpg. You can find that
easily in the attachments directory, and that was the reason why I
stored them seperately. Now another message comes in with the same
attachment name. TB stores it as pic1.jpg. the next one will be called
pic2.jpg, so at the end there is great confusion and you don't know
any more which attachment belongs to which message. It didn't make
sense any more for me, the searchability in the attachment folder was
lost.

Most attachments I don't want to save externally and search later
anyway. So now I manually save those I do want to change, and give
them meaningful names and save them into meaningful directories.
