I had an idea that might work for this, but I am having trouble testing it and need some help. My idea was to use manual filters with hotkeys to set a User Parameter for a message based on the content. For example if: sender contains Joe set "ABC"=1 subject contains lift set "ABC"=2 sender contains Joe and subject contains lift set "ABC"=3 You cannot test for User Parameter in a VF, so you would have to filter in Sorting office to assign color groups to the various user parameters and then set up the VF's based on this. You could then set these as Manual only and when you receive a message that matches your rule you could trigger it using a hotkey. Hopefully this makes sense in your given situation. Now the problem, I don't seem to be able to get user parameters to work. Can anyone assist with this. Are there any directions, I don't find any in the help file. -- Stuart mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Using The Bat! v3.65.03 on Windows 2000 5.0 Build 2195 Service Pack 4 ________________________________________________ Current version is 3.65.03 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
