Hallo Marten,

Okay, I'm sorry that I asked.
Remember that we're talking about automatic backups in TB's scheduler.

MG> 'action'

A scheduler makes no sense unless you can do something, that can be an
external command, internal command, create a message, notify the user
of an upcoming event, whatever.
TB calls them actions
Create a schedule and you'll see the 'Actions' tab

MG> 'next task'

You can assign multiple actions to a schedule and each of them can be
seen as a task

MG> 'batch file'

A text file with the .bat extension that contains a series of commands
that will be executed in a row by executing the batch file.

MG> 'pipe'

Passing the output from a command (as it would be seen on the screen)
to another command or to a text file.

MG> 'environment variable'

A way to pass info to programs, very useful in batch files. ;-)
