Interestingly it appears that restoring a backup does restore the message editor font formats but not the account tree formats. I can accept that a backup should backup data and not user preferences, however the font settings would on the face of it appear to be user preferences and not data! Are there any guidelines about what should be backed up in order to restore things exactly as they were previously? So far we have the: TB backup - which stores data and some user preferences tbuser.def - which stores toolbar changes(?) Registry export - which stores most of the user preferences Is this a complete list or do we need to backup anything else to ensure a total recovery? I ask because I'm going to need to do this process again soon! -- Warmest regards, Paul Created using TheBat! 3.72.01 (Beta) on Windows XP ________________________________________________ Current version is 3.71.03 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
