Yes I do that - collect all the 'Action' grouped messages in one folder but
that doesn't always suit.

I would find it very helpful for the folder itself to marked - each folder
represents a client - some clients have  higher level of service agreement
i.e: they pay more for faster website amendments and by coloring the folder
name itself I get a visual cue.
