Another way for both: Hold down the shift key and click the arrow icon on the toolbar for either Reply, or Reply to All, as desired. It's a great satisfaction to me that Reply to All works this way as well as Reply, as it took quite a bit of interaction on TBBETA and at Bug Tracker to get this function implemented.
