Open the "Options" menu from TBs main window, pick the item
"Preferences". Locate the "Viewer/Editor" part on the left. You should
find the font settings there (there's separate entries for the plain
text and HTML editor).

You may have changed the name of the address book from the default
("thebat.abd") to some individual name. Search your computer for files
with the extension *.abd - you should find your address book. Once you
found it, open TB's address book tool and select either "Open address
book" or "import from... TheBat address book" from the File menu.
